Deputy General Manager Craig Miller, a veteran engineering professional with more than 25 years of experience, serves as Western’s deputy general manager. He’s responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day activities of the District, including oversight of Operations, Engineering, Community Affairs and Water Resources. Miller’s previous experience includes water resource engineering and management. He was the executive director of engineering and planning at Orange County Water District. He’s a registered civil engineer in the state of California and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
